Welcome to my Website, I am David Willis and I know that you are scared or concerned of the criminal charges that you are facing.  I defend citizens charged with DUI because I know you can be innocent, but still facing the weight of the Government trying to convict you of a crime that you did not commit.  It is not illegal to drink and then drive.  The law allows for responsible drinking and driving.  It takes quite a bit of alcohol to achieve .08 and a glass of wine or a couple of beers over dinner will not cause impairment, nor does it raise the normal size person with normal type health to achieve anywhere near .08 blood alcohol level.

• DUI .045---triggers a violation of probation (VOP)on Felony case; Both DUI and VOP dismissed
• DUI .10---DUI dismissed; plead to reckless driving
• DUI bases upon marijuana use---dismissed and expunged from public record
